Commanding Officer (Hercy) is a 16hh 16yr old chestnut gelding who is a dream to ride he is never sharp or spooky and. He has also competed in Para dressage both nationally and internationally and is always in the ribbons. He is the perfect gent at shows and loves his job.

Hercy is an exceptionally well trained horse who has successfully competed up to PSG. He has flying changes down to 2s and will have a go at piaffe and passage. He is the perfect school master and will look after any rider. He would happily plod round the school with your granny on or picked up to do a test he really just wants to please.

He likes hacking and popping small fences for fun.
This is a very sad sale and a good home is essential as I have learnt so much from him and enjoyed every minute of it.

United E is a 16.2hh 10yr old Bay gelding by Gribaldi

Really quiet dressage horse. He is still in elementary points and is successfully competing at Elementary and Medium but would give Advanced Medium and PSG a very good bash.

He is an impressive looking chap who moves beautifully forwards and laterally. He is nicely trained with no gaps in his training. He will continue to proceed nicely up the levels.

A really easy going chap who is never sharp or spooky. Currently ridden by a partially sighted rider who has been competing him and has jumped and hacked him for fun. She says he looks after her at all times.

He goes in a snaffle or double, is good to do in all ways and good to handle at home and shows.

My advanced medium dressage mare is available for loan or sale.

My mare is 13yr british warmblood just under 16.1 hands - name Sheepcote Catkin. She is trained to advanced medium plus does tempe changes. Photos attached
Still in medium points at British dressage and last competed Oct 2009 at advanced med. Serena and David Pincus at Sheepcote know her well so feel free to talk to them about her.
She has qualified for regionals many times and won Petplan elementary championships and was 3rd in the medium in 2006 / 7.

She has great paces, is very supple, comfortable, easy to sit, she has a soft mouth, does not pull. Her quirk is you have to learn not to nag her with your leg - the more you use your leg the lazier she gets so working her is about warming her up by getting her mind active till she goes for free (10mins) then you can do anything with her really easily. She is an ideal schoolmistress and has been one over past couple of years. She does have bilateral mild navicular which is controlled by good shoeing every 5 weeks and causes her no problems.

I am looking for someone who likes to keep up their own training with regular lessons, understands that not all horses are the same and need working in different ways to get the best out of them and is looking to further their dressage feel and knowledge with a lovely schoolmistress. They don't have to be fancy riders at a high level, just someone who cares and wants to learn. The mare is light weight so ideally someone weighing less than 65kg.

If you think she is suitable please get in touch, we are based in Oxford. Tel 01865 240122.
